GMT pallets have excellent mechanical properties, do not prone to deformation or cracking, the longer service life, and the lower price, also they are very environmentally friendly. The main reasons are as follows:
1. GMT pallets are mainly made of fiberglass and thermoplastic. Like reinforced concrete, fiberglass is equivalent to steel rods, which overlap in three dimensions inside the pallet, while thermoplastic is equivalent to concrete wrapped around fiberglass outside.
2.GMT pallets can work stably up to 90℃, and has certain hydrophobicity, so the surface will not be uneven due to heat expansion and cold contraction or water absorption expansion, and the service life is longer than other pallets.
3.GMT pallets are made by recycled fiberglass , thermoplastic and hemp fiber, all these materials are easy to obtain, very cheap and environmentally friendly.
