At present, the hollow bricks, permeable bricks and other unburned bricks that are common in the market at the early stage of production, contain a lot of water and are very wet and not hard enough. In order to dry and ventilate bricks, brick manufacturers need to carry a large number of bricks and hard tools at the same time, so GMT pallet came into being.
Of course, in addition to GMT pallet, there are wooden pallet and plastic pallet. The wooden pallet will absorb the water in the bricks during the use process, which will cause the uneven size of the bricks due to the different degrees of dry and wet bricks. Secondly, the wooden pallet will expand after absorbing the water in the bricks, causing the uneven surface of the wooden pallet and shortening the service life. Plastic pallets have poor high temperature resistance, so GMT pallets are more suitable for high temperature resistance when fired bricks are cooled. In contrast, GMT pallet has the characteristics of non-absorbent, easy deformation, high temperature resistance, high hardness, long service life and so on.
